Description
The purpose of the State Mental Health Agency (SMHA) Profiling System is to maintain a centralized, computer-based compilation of descriptive information about the organization, funding, operation, services, policies, statutes, staffing, and consumers of SMHAs. The system provides a mechanism to systemize the compilation, storage, and retrieval of information about SMHAs and to facilitate its acquisition and use.
